Our New Phone System is up and running.  Because many of our employees work out of the office on a regular basis we have added some new features that should allow us to better serve you while we are out. 

Personally, we HATE talking to machines and have set our system up where the machine only answers after several rings (if everyone else is on the phone, we are at lunch or the office is closed).  As soon as the system answers you may dial any of our extensions and leave us a detailed message.  After listening to the menus you may:

We greatly appreciate your understanding as we continue to "tweak" the system.  Please let us know of refinements that would be beneficial to you. 

Our New Address is 5335 S Campbell Suite E  Springfield, MO  65810.  For your convenience we will continue to receive mail at our former address of 3271 E Battlefield  Springfield, MO  65804 for an indefinite period of time.  

Cynthia is back from a week of well deserved vacation.... we missed ya Cindy! 

If you notice Heather has been gaining a pound or two don't worry... just congratulate her.  The baby is due in January!
