Who We Are...Founded in 1993, Missouri Residential Care Services, Inc. specializes in providing expert advice with regard to the Missouri Medicaid program and related services that are provided in Residential Care Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities. "Reliable", "Dependable", "A lifesaver", "I don't know what I would do without them". These are just some of the comments we hear from our clients on a regular basis. When we enter into an engagement with a client we don't take it lightly. Our approach is to join forces together to ensure the services provided to the residents of the residential care facility or assisted living community are of the highest standards. We pride ourselves in being able to brag about our clients, the high quality services they provide, and the regulatory compliance levels they maintain. Our President, Kevin Edmonds CPA, was a member of the task force that brought the Medicaid personal care program into RCF's back in 1993 and was later was asked to conduct State-wide training on the program to owners, operators and even State employees. He continues to keep a close eye on events that may effect the program and our clients through his intimate working relationship with various State employees and Elected Officials. Over the years He has had the honor of serving on numerous government committees; the latest of which was the Certificate of Need Technical Advisory Committee. His list of industry accomplishments over the years includes serving as President, Vice-President, and Treasurer of the Missouri Assisted Living Association. His present involvement with the Association includes serving as Vice-President of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Legislative Committee and a member of the Financial Committee and Member Benefits Committee. He is a licensed nursing home administrator, a certified public accountant and the father of three great kids.
